| Experience: Prior to becoming a home inspector in 1996, I had
over 30 years experience in the construction industry as both a workman
and supervisor. As an experienced Certified Real Estate Inspector, and
member of the National Association of Home Inspectors, I have performed
hundreds of home inspections. |

| Licensing: New York State began licensing requirements
for home inspectors in New York State on January 1, 2006. My
License Number is #16000005406. Along with using a licensed
inspector, it is paramount
to obtain the services of a qualified inspector who is certified and
affiliated with a recognized national home inspection association. The
National Association of Home Inspectors
(NAHI) and American Society of Home
Inspectors are the principal associations in the United States.
Inspectors must meet stringent requirements and pass an in-depth exam
before they are considered certified by either of these organizations.
These inspectors must use association inspection standards
for every inspection performed. In order to keep their certification
status, they are required to attend a mandatory amount of continuing
education annually. |

Insurance: Not all inspectors
are insured or bonded. For peace of mind insurance should be an
essential element when looking for a home inspector .All Aspects
Home Inspections Inc.
is fully insured and bonded
